Import in python using from mcutils.scripts.MDE.fit_dispersion import clean

mcutils.scripts.MDE.fit_dispersion.clean(parameters, include_S0, non_central)[source]¶

Cleans the parameters

Parameters

parameters – (M, (3 or 4) + (4 or 5) * N) array of best-fit parameters for N shells and M voxels
include_S0 – Whether S0 was included as a separate parameter in the fitting
non_central – Whether the noise variance in the non-central chi noise was estimated

Returns

(M, ) pandas dataframe with the labeled best-fit parameters
