mcutils.scripts.MDE.fit_dispersion.angles_from_dti(V1, V2, V3)[source]

Returns the Euler angles based on DTI data

Parameters
  • V1 – (N, 3) array of primary eigenvector

  • V2 – (N, 3) array of secondary eigenvector

  • V3 – (N, 3) array of tertiary eigenvector

Returns

(N, 3) array of Euler angles (phi, theta, and psi)
