angles_from_dti
(V1, V2, V3)[source]¶ Returns the Euler angles based on DTI data
- Parameters
V1 – (N, 3) array of primary eigenvector
V2 – (N, 3) array of secondary eigenvector
V3 – (N, 3) array of tertiary eigenvector
- Returns
(N, 3) array of Euler angles (phi, theta, and psi)
