mcutils.scripts.function.normalize.run(data, demean=True)[source]

Normalizes the functional MRI data

Parameters
  • data – (…, N) array of fMRI data with N timepoints

  • demean – if True demean the data as well as normalizing

Returns

(…, N) array of normalized and potentially demeaned data
