correlate¶

Import in python using from mcutils.scripts.cifti.correlate import correlate

mcutils.scripts.cifti.correlate.correlate(dconn1, dconn2, select_features=slice(None, None, None))[source]¶

Correlates two memory mapped arrays

Parameters

dconn1 – (M, N) nibabel Cifti2Image (M features for N greyordinates)
dconn2 – (M, N) nibabel Cifti2Image (M features for N greyordinates)
select_features – which features to select

Returns

(N, ) in-memory array
