Fits spherical harmonics to the diffusion data

Parameters

  • diffusion_data – (Nx, Ny, Nz, Ng) array of diffusion data

  • bvecs – (Ng, 3) array of diffusion-encoding gradients

  • order – maximum spherical harmonic order

Returns

(Nx, Ny, Nz, Nc) array with the components
